Welcome to my photography journey. Through this website I share a series of photo features on India—each one capturing fragments of a culture, a tradition, or a way of life that may not survive the march of time. I have always felt a deep pull towards the hidden corners of my country, and I travel the length and breadth of India, mostly off the beaten track, with my camera as both a companion and a storyteller. For me, photography is not only about images but also about the human connection—the conversations with wrestlers in dusty akharas, the quiet moments with wandering monks, the resilience of desert herders, or the grace of ancient festivals. Though I now live in the United Kingdom, my passion for exploring India remains undiminished. Through these photographs I attempt to preserve and share what I fear may one day fade.
